This is the website of Ikaya Lomlingo, a small holiday rental in Cunit, Spain. If you ever have a question about your data, just email us at ikayalomlingo@gmail.com. Our full contact and business details are in the Legal Notice.

This site has no user accounts, no contact forms and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors.

If you contact us by email or phone, we receive whatever you choose to send: for example your name, email address or phone number and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider automatically records technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request) to operate and secure the site.

We store your language choice and your cookie/embed consent choice in your browser (see the Cookie Policy).

To reply to your enquiries and prepare a possible booking (your consent and steps taken at your request).

To operate, secure and maintain the website (our legitimate interest).

Bookings are handled entirely on Airbnb, which acts as its own data controller under its own policies.

Embedded maps only load if you allow them. When you do, they are served by Google Maps and Esri/ArcGIS map tiles under their own privacy terms, as with any site that shows a map.

Links to Instagram, Google, Airbnb and WhatsApp (Meta) open those third-party services, which process your data under their own policies. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by Meta.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data on our behalf as a service provider.

Some of these providers (for example Google, Meta/Instagram, Airbnb and our host) may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the safeguards in their own terms, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short technical period by our host.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Just email ikayalomlingo@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

If you are in the EU and ever feel we have not handled your data properly, you can also raise it with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We may update this policy as the site changes. The current version is always the one published here.
